1. When the capacity of all batteries is the same, when the relative state of charge of the batteries is the same, the battery balance will be realized. SOC is usually expressed as a percentage of current capacity to rated capacity, so open circuit voltage (OCV) can be used as a measure of SOC. If all the batteries in the unbalanced battery pack can be charged to the maximum capacity by differential charging (balance point), then they can be charged and discharged normally without any additional adjustments, usually one-time adjustments. When using a new battery, the user usually has to charge it for a long time, and this process actually requires a full charge at one time. This process minimizes the load, maximizes the battery charging time, and reduces the requirements for the best battery equalizer circuit.

But SOC is only a relative value, and the absolute value of each battery capacity is different. And when discharging, the battery that is not fully charged will be discharged before other batteries, so that the battery pack will stop power supply early due to insufficient voltage.
