1) It has an independent battery equalization unit, which can charge and discharge the single battery, and can also balance the battery pack with multiple single batteries in series. There are a total of 48 channels, which can simultaneously support 48-cell series battery packs for balancing; while balancing can monitor the battery pack terminal voltage and the current of each channel, cell temperature, cell voltage and other basic information in real time;
2) 96v battery pack balance comes with BMS system, and the collection accuracy is high;
3) 96v battery pack balance equalizing current 10A;
4) According to the battery cell voltage and other parameters, the capacity difference between each battery cell can be analyzed, and the number of Ah required for each battery cell to be equalized or equalized can be calculated, and the equalization process can be performed on it;
5) The data between the device and the software and hardware platform of the large-capacity battery stack health monitoring and evaluation system can be mutually identified;
6) The SOC, capacity and other information of the battery cell can be written through the data interaction interface, and the overall voltage consistency, SOC and capacity consistency of the balance process are collectively used as the equalization cut-off condition. After the balance is completed, the SOC and capacity of each battery after the balance can be imported to the battery health monitoring platform, and the battery information data in the platform can be updated;
7) You can manually set the charge or discharge capacity (Ah) of any one or more of the single cells, and the device will perform charge or discharge control according to the set value;
8) The equalization response is fast, automatic detection, and parallel work. Once the voltage inconsistency of each battery is found to exceed a certain threshold, quickly turn on the equalization module to charge or discharge the large deviation voltage;
9) Intelligent battery thermal management: When the battery temperature is detected to be too high during the balance process, the balance will be automatically suspended, and the interface will prompt. The temperature threshold can be set by the user;
10) Set protection functions for cell voltage, cell temperature, and cell capacity. When any physical quantity of a channel battery crosses the threshold, the equalization device should give an alarm and protection action, and all channels stop equalization to protect the battery;
11) With real-time information display function: battery pack working status, battery pack voltage, equalization current, cell voltage, cell temperature, maximum cell voltage, minimum cell voltage, cell capacity, etc., and display the corresponding battery Number, the interface is intuitive and concise;
12) Data analysis software function: can generate battery pack voltage graph, current graph, cell voltage graph, cell voltage histogram, characteristic comparison graph, cell capacity graph, capacity analysis table, etc., and can generate EXCEL table format;
13) 96v battery pack balance has a large-capacity data storage device, the data format is excel, and can be copied out via USB via USB.
