SUSIE4 controller model is a multiple function controller, high-reliability intelligent wind solar hybrid charge and discharge controller with remote communication function.
4G charge and diacharge controller system is suitable for off grid wind solar power systems with high reliability requirements.
1. MPPT wind turbine charging. For matched wind turbines, the controller can make the wind turbine work at the best efficiency. And for unmatched wind turbines, enter the power parameters into the controller, it can make the wind turbine work at the ideal power curve.
2. MPPT solar charging. The output of the solar panel can be automatically adjusted for solar panel working at the highest efficiency. It matches most solar panels in the market. The maximum power of 800W solar panels (400W*2) can be supported. There are also many kinds of solar charging working mode to adapt to different needs, such as constant current charging mode,etc.
3. Automatic networking and data transmission through the Internet. Adjacent controllers can form a network automatically, and connect to the Internet through one of the controllers, communicate with all controllers in the network through software remotely, and monitor the operation of the controller status, modify or set parameters, record operating data, etc. In an ideal state, it can automatically discover and identify the controller within 200m and form a wireless network automatically. It can be connected in multiple layers so that the actual communication distance of the wireless network can meet most communication needs.
4. It can support the brightness control of the load LED light, and work in coordination with the motion sensor, supports common LED light dimming methods, and sets the switch light conditions flexibly, such as light control, time control, and modify the time according to local latitude and longitude. The controller can also work in coordination with the motion sensor, and can adjust to the specified brightness immediately when the motion sensor sends a signal, which can give a good balance of energy saving and sufficient brightness lighting at night.
5. Battery temperature compensation. The controller can monitor the ambient temperature in real time through an external temperature sensor, and then make temperature compensation of the battery, which helps to extend the battery life.
6. Support the connection of a variety of peripheral devices, such as wind speed sensors, wind direction sensors, light sensors, etc., and collects data from these devices in real time.

There are two ways to remotely access the SUSIE4 controller:
1. Insert a SIM card with Internet data access function into the SIM card slot on SUSIE4, set the server host IP for remote access, and open the APP, you will receive a connection request from SUSIE4, then you can communicate with the controller after the connection is established. You can read and write controller parameters in APP.
2. The user can also customize the communication function of the router version. Instead of using a SIM card, use a router cable that can access the Internet to connect to SUSIE4, which can perform high-speed communication. You can also access other controller data in the wireless network through any controllers.

Perfect protection functions:
1.With SUSIE4, the wind turbine will automatically decelerate when the voltage is too high for protecting the generator and controller from damage.
2. When the speed of the impeller is too fast, it will actively slow down to avoid the danger of stalling.
3. When the battery charging current is too large, the automatic brake will be triggered to avoid damage to the battery.
4. Solar and battery reverse connection protection. Avoid damage caused by incorrect wiring.
5. Load over-current protection. When the load is over-current or short-circuited, the load can be cut off in time to ensure safety.
6. Battery overcharge & over discharge protection. According to the set conditions, when the battery voltage reaches a critical point, measures will be taken to protect the battery.
7. Lightning strike protection: reliable grounding ensures that the controller will not be damaged when a lightning strike occurs
8. When the status is abnormal, it will send a mobile phone text message to alarm. According to the settings, at the following alarm conditions can be selected : low battery voltage alarm; wind turbine voltage too high alarm; abnormal load alarm; battery voltage too high alarm; impeller speed too fast alarm.
